DartLog Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") define the conditions for using DartLog ("the App"), provided by SO-KUMA Labs ("the developer").

1. Agreement to the Terms
By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. If a minor uses the App, a parent or legal guardian should review the App's content and purchase conditions.
2. The Service
The App provides tools for recording and reviewing dart practice and games, including target practice, X01, Bob's 27, Round the Clock, Scoring (Count-Up), and Cricket. It can record dart landing positions, scores, rounds, game settings, intended targets, notes, goals, history, and related statistics or analysis. The available features may differ by device, operating system, App version, purchase status, and other conditions.
3. Nature of Records and Analysis
Results and analysis are provided as reference tools based on information entered or recorded in the App. They do not guarantee improvement, accuracy, a particular score, or any other sporting outcome. The user is responsible for checking entries and deciding how to use the displayed results. Analysis is not professional, medical, or safety advice.
4. Record Management and Backups
Records are primarily stored locally on the user's device. The current version does not provide a developer-operated account, cloud synchronization, or automatic cloud backup for these records. The user is responsible for keeping any desired backup. Device migration or operating-system backup may not preserve or restore every record, and deleting the App or clearing its storage may remove local records.
5. Free Features and Premium Features
Free features include recording and saving practice and games, each session's result, the analysis overview, history, and deleting records. Premium features include landing analysis across all records (Landing tab), trends over time (Trends tab), the weakest doubles in Bob's 27, analysis by target and condition, long-term goals, CSV export, and other features marked as Premium in the App.
When Premium ends, records and goals remain on the device, but Premium views and actions are unavailable until Premium is active again. Premium does not transfer ownership of the user's records, and purchasing Premium cannot recover records deleted from the device.
Premium features are available only while the applicable store and RevenueCat confirm the relevant entitlement. Features and eligibility may change in accordance with these Terms, applicable law, and store rules.
6. Premium Subscription, Price, and Billing
Premium is offered through monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and charged to the store account used for the purchase. RevenueCat is used to manage and verify the Premium entitlement; the developer does not handle the user's card number or other store payment credentials.
The price, currency, tax, billing period, and any other purchase conditions displayed on the App Store or Google Play purchase screen immediately before purchase apply. As a reference only, the initial Japan pricing plan is expected to be displayed as 480 yen per month or 4,800 yen per year. These are not permanently fixed prices; if the price changes, the price shown on the purchase screen at the time of purchase or renewal applies.
If a free trial is offered, eligibility, length, and conditions are as shown on the purchase screen. Unless you cancel through the store before the trial ends, the trial converts to a paid subscription and billing starts when it ends.
7. Automatic Renewal, Cancellation, Restore, and Refunds
Unless you cancel within the deadline specified by the applicable store, the subscription renews automatically for the selected period and the store charges the applicable account. You can manage or cancel the subscription from your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. After cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the paid period, subject to the store's rules.
Where supported, you can restore the purchase in the App using the same App Store or Google Play account used for the purchase. Restore concerns purchase status only; it does not restore practice or game records. Purchases and refunds are handled according to the applicable store's terms, policies, and procedures, as well as applicable law.
8. Changes, Suspension, and Termination of the Service
The developer may add, change, suspend, restrict, or terminate all or part of the App when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, legal requirements, or changes to third-party services. The developer may provide notice where appropriate, but urgent changes may occur without prior notice.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- violate laws, public order, these Terms, or store rules;
- interfere with, overload, or damage the App or its related services;
- attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, circumvention, or exploitation of vulnerabilities;
- infringe the rights or interests of the developer or a third party; or
- use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
10. Intellectual Property
Copyrights, trademarks, designs, software, and other intellectual property rights in the App belong to the developer or the respective rights holders. These Terms grant only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for its intended purpose. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit the App or its content beyond the scope permitted by law.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an as-available basis. The developer does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for damage, loss of records, interruption, or disputes arising from use of the App. This does not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Changes to These Terms
The developer may revise these Terms when the App, services, laws, or business conditions change. The revised Terms become effective when posted on this page, unless a later effective date is stated or applicable law requires another procedure. Continued use of the App after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms. For material changes that are unfavorable to users, we will give reasonable advance notice in the App or by another appropriate method.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Unless another court is required by applicable law, the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes related to these Terms or the App.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region, nothing in these Terms limits the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence or your right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

ダーツログ 利用規約
この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、SO-KUMA Labs（以下「開発者」または「当方」）が提供するDartLog（日本語名「ダーツログ」、以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。

1. 本規約への同意
ユーザーは、本アプリを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意いただけない場合は、本アプリを利用しないでください。未成年者が本アプリを利用する場合は、保護者または法定代理人が本アプリの内容および購入条件を確認してください。
2. 本アプリの提供内容
本アプリは、ターゲット練習、X01、Bob's 27、ラウンド・ザ・クロック、カウントアップ（英語表示ではScoring）、クリケット等のダーツの練習・ゲームについて、記録および振り返りを行うための機能を提供します。ダーツの着弾位置、得点、ラウンド、ゲーム設定、狙い、メモ、目標、履歴、これらに関連する統計・分析結果等を記録・表示できます。提供機能は、端末、OS、本アプリのバージョン、購入状態その他の条件により異なる場合があります。
3. 練習結果・分析表示の性質
本アプリの結果および分析は、本アプリに入力または記録された情報に基づく参考情報です。上達、正確性、特定の得点その他の競技上の結果を保証するものではありません。ユーザーは入力内容を確認し、表示結果をどのように利用するかを自ら判断するものとします。分析結果は、専門的助言、医療上の助言または安全上の助言ではありません。
4. 記録データの管理とバックアップ
記録データは、主としてユーザーの端末内に保存されます。現行版には、開発者が運営するアカウント機能、クラウド同期、自動クラウドバックアップはありません。必要なバックアップはユーザー自身の責任で行ってください。機種変更やOSのバックアップによってすべての記録が保存・復元されるとは限らず、本アプリまたはその保存領域を削除すると端末内の記録が失われることがあります。
5. 無料機能とPremium機能
無料機能には、練習・ゲームの記録と保存、各回の結果、分析の概要、履歴の閲覧、記録の削除が含まれます。Premium機能には、すべての記録をまとめた着弾分析（着弾タブ）、記録の推移（推移タブ）、Bob's 27の苦手なダブル、ターゲット・条件別の分析、長期目標の設定、CSV形式での書き出しその他本アプリ内でPremiumと表示される機能が含まれます。
Premiumの有効期間が終了しても、端末内の記録および設定した目標は削除されません。ただし、Premium機能による表示・操作は、再度Premiumを有効にするまで利用できません。Premiumを購入しても、記録データの所有権が移転するものではなく、端末から削除した記録が復元されるものでもありません。
Premium機能は、各ストアおよびRevenueCatが対応する権限を確認している期間に限り利用できます。機能および利用資格は、本規約、法令および各ストアのルールに従って変更される場合があります。
6. Premiumサブスクリプション、価格および課金
Premiumは、月額または年額の自動更新サブスクリプションとして提供します。決済はApple App StoreまたはGoogle Playが処理し、購入に使用したストアアカウントに請求されます。Premiumの権限状態の管理・確認にはRevenueCatを使用します。開発者は、ユーザーのクレジットカード番号その他のストア決済用認証情報を取り扱いません。
購入直前にApp StoreまたはGoogle Playの購入画面に表示される価格、通貨、税、請求期間その他の購入条件が適用されます。参考として、日本向けの初回提供時は月額480円または年額4,800円で表示する予定ですが、これらは将来にわたり固定された価格ではありません。価格が変更された場合は、購入時または更新時の購入画面に表示される価格が適用されます。
無料体験が提供される場合、対象者、期間および条件は購入画面に表示されるとおりとします。無料体験の終了までに各ストアで解約しない限り、無料体験の終了時に有料のサブスクリプションへ自動的に移行し、請求が開始されます。
7. 自動更新、解約、購入復元および返金
ユーザーが各ストアの定める期限までに解約しない限り、サブスクリプションは選択した期間ごとに自動更新され、ストアアカウントに請求されます。サブスクリプションの管理・解約は、App StoreまたはGoogle Playのアカウント設定から行ってください。本アプリを削除しただけではサブスクリプションは解約されません。解約後も、各ストアのルールに従い、通常は支払済み期間の終了まで利用できます。
対応している場合、購入時と同じApp StoreまたはGoogle Playのアカウントを使用して、本アプリ内で購入状態を復元できます。購入復元の対象は購入状態のみであり、練習記録やゲーム記録を復元するものではありません。購入および返金は、適用される法令ならびに各ストアの規約、ポリシーおよび手続に従います。
8. 本アプリの変更・中断・終了
開発者は、保守、セキュリティ、法令への対応、外部サービスの変更その他合理的に必要な場合、本アプリの全部または一部を追加、変更、中断、制限または終了することがあります。適切な場合にはお知らせしますが、緊急の変更は事前の通知なく行うことがあります。
9. 禁止事項
ユーザーは、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
- 法令、公序良俗、本規約または各ストアのルールに違反する行為
- 本アプリまたは関連サービスの運営を妨害、過度に負荷をかけ、または破壊する行為
- 不正アクセス、リバースエンジニアリング、制限の回避、脆弱性の悪用を試みる行為
- 開発者または第三者の権利・利益を侵害する行為
- 違法、不正、迷惑または有害な目的で本アプリを利用する行為
10. 知的財産権
本アプリに関する著作権、商標権、デザイン、ソフトウェアその他の知的財産権は、開発者または正当な権利を有する者に帰属します。本規約は、本来の目的のために本アプリを利用する、限定的、非独占的かつ譲渡不能な権利のみを許諾するものです。法令で認められる範囲を超えて、本アプリまたはそのコンテンツを複製、改変、配布、販売その他利用してはなりません。
11. 免責事項および責任制限
本アプリは、提供可能な状態で提供されます。開発者は、本アプリが中断しないこと、エラーがないこと、すべての端末と互換性があること、特定の目的に適合することを保証しません。適用法令で認められる最大限の範囲で、開発者は、本アプリの利用に起因する損害、記録の消失、中断または紛争について責任を負いません。ただし、法令上排除または制限できない責任については、この限りではありません。
12. 規約の変更
開発者は、本アプリ、サービス、法令または事業条件の変更に応じて本規約を改定することがあります。改定後の規約は、別途施行日を定めた場合または法令上別の手続が必要な場合を除き、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。効力発生日以後に本アプリを継続して利用した場合、改定後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。ユーザーに不利益となる重要な改定を行う場合は、効力発生日の相当期間前に本アプリその他適切な方法でお知らせします。
13. 準拠法および管轄
本規約は、強行法規に別段の定めがある場合を除き、日本法に準拠します。法令により別の裁判所が必要となる場合を除き、本規約または本アプリに関する紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
ただし、ユーザーが欧州連合、欧州経済領域、英国その他の地域の消費者である場合、居住国の消費者保護法の強行規定による保護および居住国の裁判所に訴えを提起する権利は妨げられません。
