Ticket Stub Diary Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how SO-KUMA Labs ("we", "us", or "the developer") handles information in Ticket Stub Diary (Japanese name: 観戦アルバム, "the App").
Last updated: October 18, 2026
1. Information Handled by the App
The App may handle the following information:
- Photo and video metadata read from the device photo library: the identifier, the date and time taken, and the location where it was taken (when the photo has one). The App uses them only to find the venues you visited.
- Visit records: dates, venues, matchups, scores, results, seats, companions, notes, expenses, favorites, badges, and statistics calculated from them.
- Photos you add to a visit or choose for a share image, and images the App reads text from when you ask it to find a seat or a setlist (an image you choose, or screenshots taken around the date of that visit).
- Calendar events, only when you allow calendar access, to import your planned games or add a plan to your calendar.
- Your current location, only when you choose to check in at a venue, and only while the App is in use.
- App settings such as the theme, the types of records you want to keep, and notification choices.
- Purchase status needed to provide Premium through Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat.
- Information you choose to enter and submit through the inquiry form.
The App does not require an account and does not collect your name, email address, or contacts.
2. Processing on the Device and the Developer's Server
Ticket Stub Diary is designed as a local-first app. Reading photo metadata, matching it to venues, reading text in images (such as a ticket screenshot or a setlist), and calculating statistics are all done on your device. Your photos, their locations, and your visit records are not sent to a server operated by the developer, and the developer does not receive them through the App. The current version has no developer-operated account system, cloud sync, or upload feature.
Records are stored in the App's storage on the device. The operating system may include App data in a device backup or migration started by the user.
The Android version reads text in images with Google ML Kit on the device. Google Play services may download the recognition model to the device when it is first needed.
The App asks for the following permissions, only for the purposes below. You can change them in the device settings, and the App keeps working with limited features if you decline.
- Photos and videos (including their location): to find venues you visited.
- Calendar: to import planned games and add plans.
- Location while in use: to check in at the venue you are at.
- Notifications: for "on this day" reminders scheduled on the device.
- Saving photos: to save a share image you created.
3. Third-Party Services
Apple App Store and Google Play: These stores process payments and purchase restoration. Store account, order, and receipt information is handled by Apple or Google under their terms and privacy policies. The App and the developer do not receive or store your card number or other payment credentials.
RevenueCat: The App uses RevenueCat to manage the Premium entitlement and restore purchases. RevenueCat may handle an SDK-generated app-specific identifier and information such as the store, product, purchase, and entitlement status. It is not used to receive your visit records or photos.
Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics: The App uses these services in release builds for aggregated usage measurement and crash diagnosis. They may receive an app-instance identifier and a Firebase installation identifier generated for the App, app, OS, and device information, screens viewed and features used (as counts and categories, not their content), in-app purchase events, an approximate region that Google derives from the IP address, and crash diagnostics (for example, stack traces). The App does not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA or the Android advertising ID) or the iOS identifier for vendors (IDFV), and does not use this data for advertising. The App does not send your photos, locations, visit records, notes, or inquiry text to these services.
Maps: The iOS version shows maps with Apple Maps. The Android version uses Google Maps. To draw the map, the map provider receives requests for the map area shown, together with technical information such as the IP address and device information, under its own policy. The App does not send your visit records to the map provider.
4. Inquiry Form and Device or App Information
When the user chooses Contact us, the App opens the common Google Form used for app support. The App may prefill visible and editable fields with the app name, operating system, OS version, app version, build number, store, and device model. The user may also voluntarily enter an inquiry type, details, email address, and other information in the form. The user decides whether to submit the form.
The App does not attach photos, locations, visit records, notes, passwords, payment credentials, or hidden identifiers to the inquiry form. Submitted information is sent to the form operator, currently Google, and is handled under the operator's terms and privacy policy.
5. Retention and Deletion
Local records and local settings are retained on the device until the user deletes them. Records found from photos can be hidden with "Not a game or show (hide)" in the record's menu (this can be undone), and records you added yourself can be deleted with "Delete this record". To delete all records and settings at once, uninstall the App or clear its data in the operating system settings. The current version does not provide a developer-side account or server copy to delete. Data included in an operating-system backup is subject to that backup's settings and lifecycle.
Apple, Google, and RevenueCat retain purchase information for the periods and purposes described in their policies and as needed for transaction, entitlement, security, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes. Inquiry submissions are retained by the form operator and, when received by the developer, only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain support records, and address related quality or legal matters; information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized where reasonably practicable. Firebase Analytics event data is retained for the period set in our Google Analytics settings, up to 14 months. Crashlytics crash data is retained for up to 90 days.
To ask about an inquiry submission or request handling under applicable law, use the Contact Form below. Because we do not receive the records stored on the device, we cannot delete them on request; the user can delete them in the App or through the operating system as described above.
6. Third-Party Disclosure and Processing Outside Japan
We do not sell the App's records and do not provide them to third parties for their own advertising. Information is disclosed only when the user submits it to an external service, when necessary to provide store-based purchases, or when disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud. Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Google Forms, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics may process information outside Japan, including in the United States, in accordance with their own operations and policies. We do not operate a separate server for Ticket Stub Diary records in the current version.
Please review the providers' policies for details about their processing:

7. Users in the EEA and the United Kingdom
For users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, SO-KUMA Labs is the controller for the processing described in this Policy and can be contacted through the Contact Form below. We rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR and the UK GDPR: performance of a contract for providing, verifying, and restoring Premium purchases; our legitimate interest in keeping the App stable for crash diagnostics; our legitimate interest in improving the App for usage statistics, which you can object to at any time through the Contact Form below; and responding to your request for inquiries.
Google and RevenueCat may transfer information to the United States and other countries. Such transfers rely on safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses, as described in their policies.
You have the right to request access to, rectification, erasure, or restriction of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Records stored on the device are under your control and can be deleted in the App. Usage statistics and crash data are pseudonymous, and we may not be able to identify you from them; we will handle requests as far as we reasonably can.
8. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13, or under the minimum age set by the law of their country in the EEA and the United Kingdom.
9. Security
We take reasonable measures appropriate to the current design, including limiting records to local storage and keeping payment processing within the stores. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. The security and retention practices of third-party providers are governed by their policies.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy when the App, third-party services, laws, or data practices change. The latest version will be posted on this page with its updated date. Material changes will be announced in the App or by another appropriate method where required by law.
