This Privacy Policy describes how MotionTagger (hereinafter referred to as "the App") handles user information.

1. Information Handled by the App
The App may handle the following information:
- Videos selected from the device or recorded with the camera
- Projects, project names, video references, playback and synchronization settings, annotations, text notes, recording markers, and other data created in the App
- Images exported from video frames and annotations
- App usage data collected through Firebase Analytics when analytics collection is enabled
- Crash reports and device diagnostics collected through Firebase Crashlytics when crash reporting is enabled
- Purchase and subscription status required to provide premium features if in-app purchases are offered
2. Local Storage of Videos and Projects
The App is designed as a local-first video review app. Videos imported for continued use, recorded videos, saved projects, annotations, notes, markers, and settings are primarily stored on the user's device. The App does not intentionally upload video files, exported images, project names, annotations, or notes to a server operated by the developer.
This does not apply when a user explicitly uses an operating system sharing feature, saves or exports content outside the App, enables a device backup, or uses another service provided by the operating system or device manufacturer.
3. Camera, Media, Export, and Sharing
Camera and microphone access may be used to record videos. Access to photos, videos, or files may be used to select media and save exported content. The App uses these permissions only for features initiated by the user.
When the user chooses to share an exported image or other content, the App passes that content to the operating system's share sheet. The destination selected by the user handles the shared content under its own terms and privacy policy.
4. Analytics and Crash Reporting
Firebase Analytics may collect feature usage events, screen information, playback or project counts, durations, selected modes, and similar usage metadata when analytics collection is enabled. Firebase Crashlytics may collect crash logs, stack traces, device and operating system information, app version, and related technical diagnostics when crash reporting is enabled.
Video and image content, project names, annotations, and text notes are not intentionally included in analytics events or crash reports. The information collected through Firebase is used for usage analysis, bug investigation, and stability improvements, and not for directly identifying individual users.
5. Premium Features and Payments
If the App offers paid features, payment processing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. The developer does not receive or store credit card details or other store billing credentials.
RevenueCat may be used to manage purchase and subscription status. In that case, an app-specific customer identifier, product information, purchase status, expiration date, renewal status, and related purchase events may be transmitted to RevenueCat. This information is used to provide, verify, and restore premium features.
6. Third-Party Services
The App may use the following third-party services:
- Apple App Store and Google Play for app distribution and payment processing
- Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (Google) for usage analysis and diagnostics
- RevenueCat for purchase and subscription status management if paid features are offered

7. Purpose of Use
The information handled by the App is used for the following purposes:
- Loading, recording, playing, comparing, annotating, saving, exporting, and sharing videos
- Saving and restoring projects and user settings on the device
- Providing, verifying, and restoring premium features
- Analyzing usage trends and improving features and usability
- Investigating crashes, defects, abuse, and security issues
- Responding to inquiries and providing user support
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored data remains on the device until the user deletes it in the App, removes the App, or deletes it through device or operating system functions. Content exported or shared outside the App must be managed or deleted at its destination. Analytics, diagnostics, and purchase-related data are retained by the applicable service provider according to its policy and settings.

1. 本アプリが取り扱う情報
本アプリでは、以下の情報を取り扱うことがあります。
- 端末から選択した動画、およびカメラで撮影した動画
- プロジェクト、プロジェクト名、動画の参照情報、再生・同期設定、注釈、テキストメモ、録画マーカーその他本アプリ内で作成したデータ
- 動画フレームや注釈から書き出した画像
- Firebase Analytics が有効な場合のアプリ利用状況データ
- Firebase Crashlytics が有効な場合のクラッシュレポートおよび端末の技術情報
- アプリ内課金を提供する場合に、プレミアム機能の提供に必要となる購入・サブスクリプション状態
2. 動画およびプロジェクトの端末内保存
本アプリは、ローカルファーストの動画レビューアプリとして設計されています。継続利用のために取り込んだ動画、撮影した動画、保存済みプロジェクト、注釈、メモ、マーカー、設定は、主にユーザーの端末内に保存されます。 本アプリは、動画ファイル、書き出した画像、プロジェクト名、注釈、メモを、開発者が運営するサーバーへ意図的にアップロードしません。
ただし、ユーザーがOSの共有機能を明示的に利用した場合、本アプリ外へ保存・書き出しを行った場合、端末のバックアップ機能を有効にした場合、またはOS・端末メーカーが提供する別のサービスを利用した場合は、この限りではありません。
3. カメラ、メディア、書き出しおよび共有
動画の撮影にはカメラおよびマイクを利用することがあります。メディアの選択や書き出したコンテンツの保存には、写真、動画またはファイルへのアクセスを利用することがあります。 これらの権限は、ユーザーが開始した機能を提供するために使用します。
ユーザーが書き出した画像等の共有を選択した場合、本アプリはそのコンテンツをOSの共有画面へ渡します。ユーザーが選択した共有先では、当該共有先の利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。
4. 利用状況分析およびクラッシュレポート
Firebase Analytics が有効な場合、機能の利用イベント、画面情報、再生・プロジェクトの件数、時間、選択したモード等の利用状況メタデータを収集することがあります。 Firebase Crashlytics が有効な場合、クラッシュログ、スタックトレース、端末・OS情報、アプリバージョンその他の技術情報を収集することがあります。
動画・画像の内容、プロジェクト名、注釈、テキストメモは、分析イベントまたはクラッシュレポートへ意図的に含めません。 Firebaseを通じて収集する情報は、利用状況の分析、不具合調査および安定性向上のために使用し、個人を直接特定する目的では使用しません。
5. プレミアム機能および決済
本アプリで有料機能を提供する場合、決済処理は Apple App Store または Google Play が行います。開発者は、クレジットカード情報その他のストア決済用認証情報を取得または保存しません。
購入・サブスクリプション状態の管理に RevenueCat を利用する場合があります。その場合、アプリ固有の顧客ID、商品情報、購入状態、有効期限、更新状態、購入イベント等が RevenueCat へ送信されることがあります。これらの情報は、プレミアム機能の提供、確認および復元のために使用します。

本アプリでは、以下の第三者サービスを利用することがあります。

7. 利用目的

8. 保存期間および削除
端末内のデータは、ユーザーが本アプリ内で削除する、アプリを削除する、または端末・OSの機能により削除するまで保存されます。本アプリ外へ書き出し・共有したコンテンツは、保存先または共有先で管理・削除する必要があります。 分析、技術情報および購入関連のデータは、各サービス事業者のポリシーおよび設定に従って保存されます。
